Key Responsibilities / Activities
- Procurement management of sales promotional inputs.
- Vendor identification, development and performance management.
- Cost control through effective negotiation and budget adherence.
- Compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Accounts and Logistics departments.
- Work closely with Marketing for planning and timely delivery of materials.
- Develop recent/alternative vendors for promotional (gift) materials.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and samples from Marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirement finalization and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines and payment terms.
- Procure material from the right supplier with the right quality,



at the right time and with effective costing.
- Prepare comparative sheets of received quotations and obtain approvals from seniors.
- Issue and track purchase orders through internal systems.
- Maintain updated records of all procurement activities.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and receipt of material as per schedule.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality and compliance.
- Address supply-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Arrange technical and vendor documents for vendor registration.
- Follow up with Stores and Accounts departments for timely release of supplier payments.
