Many ISB Academic Associates often pursue a Ph.D. at internationally renowned universities or business schools, or transition into teaching positions at well-known universities.
You will primarily support faculty in course delivery, manage academic activities, and ensure smooth classroom operations — from facilitating sessions and grading assignments to enabling engaging learning experiences. Additionally, you will have a
unique opportunity to pursue one of the two structured certification tracks
as part of our
Academic Associate Certificate Program (AACP):
