Roles And Responsibility
Design, implement, and manage on-premises Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, including Entra ID Connect, multi-forest/multi-domain environments, PKI, and disaster recovery solutions.

Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID services, including MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Password less Authentication, Azure SSO, and App Registrations (SAML/OIDC).

Ensure the health, security, and compliance of the Active Directory and PKI infrastructure through monitoring, performance management, LAPS administration, patching, reporting, and domain-level security policy enforcement.

Provide end-to-end operational support for Directory Services, handling incidents, requests, problem management, escalations, technical documentation, and service delivery while meeting defined SLAs and ITSM best practices.

Must Have Skill
Should have experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Directory Services.
