. Our services include university admissions, application processing, visa assistance, accommodation support, and end-to-end counselling for students and their families.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Student Support Executive

who will undertake the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

· Handling students’ academic documents and uploading them to application portal

· Coordinating applications & visas with students, universities & associates via phone and email





· Calling students and requesting them for pending documents

· Work closely with the management team to understand daily operations

· Updating the CRM (Lead Squared) with all updates related to student discussuions and communications

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Quick thinking, self-confident and positive attitude
- Knowledge of word, excel, google sheets, google docs
- Attention to detail and ability to generate reports
- Working from office at Matunga (W), opp. railway station
