We’re looking for a
Client Servicing Manager - Social Media
who can turn client briefs into exciting digital opportunities, work closely with creative teams, and ensure brands stay relevant in a fast-moving digital world.

This is a role for someone who enjoys
owning accounts, pitching ideas, solving problems, spotting trends and growing client relationships,
not just managing trackers and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their key point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies.
- Lead client calls, presentations, reviews and regular status updates.
- Manage expectations, feedback, timelines and deliverables.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Social Media Strategy




- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Identify relevant trends, formats, conversations and cultural moments for clients.
- Develop content pillars and communication ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Bring fresh, platform-first ideas that improve brand relevance and engagement.
- Stay updated on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging digital platforms.

Content & Creative
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, video teams and creative leads.
- Develop clear briefs for social media creatives, reels, carousels, campaigns and other digital assets.
- Review content before it reaches the client and ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Manage feedback and revisions while keeping projects on track.

Campaign & Project Management
- Own projects end-to-end
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
