We are looking for a highly skilled VBA Developer / Senior VBA Developer with solid expertise in Microsoft Office automation technologies to join our team.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Excel VBA, Power Query, Word VBA, and Outlook automation , along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Develop and maintain VBA-based solutions across Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Query
• Design reusable frameworks and automation components following best practices
• Work on data processing, reporting, workflow automation, and system integration




• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and test cases
• Support deployment, monitoring, and enhancements
️ Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in VBA/Macro development (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Expertise in Power Query and report automation
• Solid understanding of Excel object model, file handling, and API concepts
• Strong debugging, error handling, and performance optimization skills
• Experience with dashboards, user forms, and workflow automation
• Working knowledge of SQL and database connectivity
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Exposure to RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, Appian)
• Knowledge of AI / GenAI tools to enhance productivity
