We are seeking a Treasury & Cash Management Software Implementation Specialist to join our growing implementation and qualified services team. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong treasury domain knowledge , hands-on experience implementing treasury management systems (TMS) such as FIS , ION Treasury , and/or GTreasury , and the ability to work closely with corporate treasurers, finance teams, and technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering successful end-to-end TMS implementations, translating treasury and accounting requirements into configured system solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role is remote , based India , and will involve collaboration with international clients and internal teams across Australian time zones ( from 10am to 6.30pm, Sydney time ) Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Consulting Act as a primary functional consultant and trusted partner to clients, particularly Group Treasurers, Treasury Managers, and Finance stakeholders .



Lead requirements-gathering workshops to understand clients treasury structures, policies, and operational workflows. Translate business and treasury requirements into clear functional and configuration specifications. Communicate complex treasury and system concepts in a clear and pragmatic manner to both business and technical audiences. Treasury System Implementation Configure and implement treasury and cash management solutions, including: o Settlement instructions and bank account structures o Cash management and liquidity workflows o Payments, confirmations, and bank connectivity o Treasury deal lifecycle (FX, MM, debt, derivatives) o Intercompany and in-house banking setups Support integration with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. ERP, GL, payment hubs, bank channels).
