A&O; IT Group is looking for a motivated and capable Technology Operations Associate to join our growing technology team in India. This role is part of a strategic expansion of our technology function to strengthen our Level 1 support capabilities, customer delivery capacity, and contribution to our agility and automation agenda. You will report into the Senior Technology Engineer, working under the guidance of the Technology Operations Manager. In addition to Level 1 support responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our agility and automation agenda, working with up-to-date tools and platforms including AI-powered automation, Microsoft Power Platform and our in-house A&O; Business Hub. A&O; IT Group delivers IT services and cyber security solutions to clients globally. We have recently completed a major digital transformation programme and are now focused on embedding these capabilities and continuing to innovate. What You’ll Do Level 1 Support & Service Delivery • Provide Level 1 technical support, triaging and resolving support tickets in line with SLA targets • Manage and prioritise incoming support requests, escalating to senior team members where appropriate • Support customer deliverables and project tasks as directed by team leads • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions and knowledge base articles • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction Automation & Innovation • Under the guidance of the Technology Operations Manager and Senior Technology Engineer, contribute to the agility and automation agenda • Support the development and maintenance of automation workflows using Power Platform and other tools • Assist with testing, deployment and documentation of current automation capabilities • Help maintain and support the A&O; Business Hub platform and rela
