As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively, continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving business demands. The workday is agile, balancing technical development with strategic planning to deliver robust and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience in application design and configuration within cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with business process integration and software lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
