Role:Associate FinanceLocation:Andheri, MumbaiQualification:CA preferred / CA InterRole Overview:We are looking for anAssociate – Financeto manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory and regulatory compliances, and support the overall financial management of the organisation. The role will require strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of accounting and compliance processes, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Manageday-to-day finance operations, including accounting entries, reconciliations, payables and receivables.Ensure timely and accuratestatutory and regulatory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other applicable requirements.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other external stakeholders.Supportmonthly and annual financial closing, MIS preparation and financial reporting.Monitor cash flows, expenses, payments and working capital requirements.Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts and supporting documentation.Assist withbudgeting,



forecasting and variance analysis .Review financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and operational efficiency.Maintain appropriate financial records and documentation in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Candidate Profile:CA preferred ; CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification may also be considered.1-5 years of relevant experiencein finance, accounting and compliance.Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.Hands-on experience withGST, TDS, audits and financial reporting .Positive proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timelines.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Key Skills:Financial Operations | Accounting | Statutory Compliance | GST | TDS | Audit | MIS | Financial Reporting | Reconciliation | Internal Controls | Excel | ERP
