Job Responsibilities

* Own and drive the product strategy and multi‑year roadmap, ensuring alignment
with business priorities, regional goals, and long‑term strategic objectives.
* Lead and execute strategic initiatives including localization, portfolio
expansion, value optimization, and current market entry through structured and
disciplined product management.
* Drive localization initiatives across all Lubrizol product platforms, aligned
with regional strategy, by building, prioritizing, and governing a robust
product and localization pipeline to enable sustained growth.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, R&D;, Operations,
3PM, process technology, GPM, Supply Chain, Finance) to develop solid,
data‑driven business cases, evaluate make‑vs‑buy strategies, and present
actionable recommendations to leadership.
* Act as project owner for approved strategic initiatives, leading execution
from concept to commercialization and ensuring timely delivery,
accountability, and value realization.
* Translate market, customer,



and competitive intelligence into clear product
strategy decisions, portfolio priorities, and investment recommendations.
* Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and development
through launch, scale‑up, optimization, and rationalization, to maximize
growth and financial performance.
* Partner with commercial teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies, product
positioning, value propositions, and pricing frameworks that enhance
competitiveness and profitability.
* Work closely with R&D; and technical teams to prioritize innovation pipelines,
platform development, and technology roadmaps aligned with future growth
opportunities.
* Establish and maintain governance structures, tools, and processes to track
progress against strategic programs, milestones, and portfolio KPIs.
