Wavespace Experience Manager (Assistant Director)

Your key responsibilities




As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients.

Act as the primary interface to wavespace clients, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering a wavespace design and/or experience
Ensure a consistent wavespace design experience using approved and methodologies and best practices
Manage session scope, estimates and actual costs
Manage resourcing for all required session personnel
Provide direction and performance feedback to the production team
Manage cadence of calls with client
Coordinate session design to include Mural, Miro, OneRoom and other immersive tools including metaverse environments
Oversee logistics, technical setup, etc.
Manage account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of the experience design
Conduct successful delivery of simple to complex experi
