We are seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise workforce management solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with solid expertise in UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions, who are passionate about delivering scalable workforce management applications that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
As a UKG/Kronos Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining workforce management solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams. You will play a key role in implementing new features, supporting production environments, integrating enterprise applications, and ensuring reliable workforce management processes across the organization.

- Develop, configure, customize,



and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Implement and maintain Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between UKG, HR, Payroll, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely issue resolution.
- Develop reports, interfaces, and customizations using UKG development tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, enhance system functionality, and support continuous process improvements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, system upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance.
