About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer with a strong background in SEO to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content focused on study abroad topics such as university guides, visa procedures, scholarship opportunities, standardized test preparations, and more. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's online visibility, attracting prospective students, and establishing The Chopras as a trusted authority in the education consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, a passion for education, and a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing, preferably within the education or travel industry, is essential. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush,



or Ahrefs is mandatory. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required, along with the ability to adapt tone and style to target audiences. Familiarity with social media content creation and email marketing is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

- Research, write, and edit SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and landing pages around study abroad topics, including university guides, visa processes, test prep, and scholarships.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and incorporate on-page SEO best practices such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and appropriate keyword density.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with search intent, branding guidelines, and ranking objectives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and optimize content based on data insights.
- Create compelling website copy, email newsletters, and social media captions to engage target audiences effectively.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats suitable for social media, email campaigns, and other distribution channels.




- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO strategies to maintain content relevance and effectiveness.
- Ensure all content is original, well-researched, factually accurate, and free from plagiarism.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, such as counselors and industry professionals, to ensure content accuracy and comprehensiveness on study abroad topics.
