Role Description The Workday Core HCM Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The consultant will configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including organizational structures, job profiles, compensation, and employee data. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing HR and business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and managing Workday configurations and integrations. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing data audits, supporting testing cycles,



and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The consultant will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize Workday processes, provide user training, and deliver ongoing functional support and enhancement recommendations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Capital Management and Human Capital, with hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration and support.
- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including HR operations, HR policies, and workforce data management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits, including configuration, administration, and compliance within HCM platforms.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, solution design, and user training.
- Practical experience implementing or supporting Workday or comparable enterprise HCM systems is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to data accuracy and process improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant Workday certifications are an advantage.
