Role Description The Store Manager role at Miniklub Retail Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Agartala. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and standards. The role involves leading and coaching store team members, scheduling staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring excellent customer service for families and children. The Store Manager will handle cash management, reporting,



and coordination with the regional and head office teams to support promotions, new launches, and local marketing activities. This role also includes maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging store environment, and implementing processes that drive profitability and store growth.
Qualifications

- Strong retail operations skills, including sales supervision, inventory control, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- People management capabilities, such as team leadership, staff training, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Basic merchandising and marketing understanding to execute visual displays, in-store promotions, and brand guidelines effectively.
- Analytical and organizational skills for tracking KPIs, preparing reports, planning schedules, and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in apparel or kidswear, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with POS systems and basic MS Office tools for daily reporting and coordination.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
