/n We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in West Hyderabad's residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in selling premium residential projects and luxury gated communities, along with robust market knowledge, channel partner relationships, and leadership capabilities to drive sales growth..
/n Key Responsibilities:
/n /n Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
/n Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
/n Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and prospective customers.
/n Conduct site visits, project presentations, client meetings, and sales negotiations.
/n Generate qualified leads through various sales and marketing initiatives.
/n Monitor sales funnel,



bookings, collections, and conversion ratios.
/n Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
/n Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
/n Ensure timely closures and maximize revenue generation.
/n Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
/n /n Required Skills & Qualifications
/n /n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
/n 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
/n Proven sales experience with strong market exposure in West Hyderabad (Mandatory).
/n Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
/n Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
/n Experience in channel sales and broker network management.
/n Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
