Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Planner to handle architectural planning, technical drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination for ongoing projects. The role requires strong design, technical, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review planning layouts, master plans, and design concepts.
- Develop and check technical / working drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, Structural engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Support project timelines, client meetings, and design presentations.

Requirements:
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and BIM (preferred).
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
