Project Manager
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our project management team. You will act as the communication bridge between cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Your primary goal is to ensure that our projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and adhere to set timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Project Planning & Tracking: Assist in defining project scope and goals. Maintain and monitor project schedules, task lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews. Prepare agendas, transcribe meeting minutes, and follow up on actionable items.




- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update progress reports. Prepare project status dashboards and presentations for management.
- Budget & Procurement Support: Track project expenses, process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and help manage overall project budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential delays or technical hitches and actively communicate them to the Management.
- Resource Management: Help allocate resources effectively so team members have the tools and information required to complete their tasks.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including managers, clients, and team members.
