Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily sales activities.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
