JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT LEAD (Mechanical - DATA CENTER)
Position Summary
As a Project Lead - Mechanical at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection (MPF) aspects of projects. This role requires solid technical expertise combined with project management skills to ensure successful delivery of MPF services within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MPF design and installation activities for commercial office fit-out projects
Review and validate MPF designs,
drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of MPF systems
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, RFIs, and change orders
Develop and manage project schedules for MPF works
Perform cost analysis and budget management for MPF components
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements and provide expert advice
Manage commissioning and testing of MPF systems
Prepare technical reports and documentation for project handover
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
8-10 years of experience in MPF engineering with specific
