Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure
accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely completion of
month-end activities. This role supports business leaders with financial
insights while helping scale processes and improving operational efficiency to
support company growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong accounting expertise, leadership capability,
and experience working in a professional services, managed services, SaaS, or




recurring revenue environment.

What You’ll Do

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to
ensure timely and accurate reporting.

· Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and
support documentation.

· Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.

· Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting
packages.

· Analyze financial performance and explain key variances.

· Oversee revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with
applicable accounting standards (ASC 606 preferred).

· Review client contracts and service agreements for appropriate
accounting treatment.

· Partner with operations and billing teams to support accurate invoice
and revenue reporting.

· Monitor deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and contract-related
accounting activities.

· Strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
