Summary:

We are looking for a Workday Process Lead reporting to Service Delivery Leader,
India with extensive functional expertise in UK payroll legislation to support
gross pay items. As Workday Process Lead, you will provide subject matter
expertise in the maintenance, and optimization of Workday HR processes, ensuring
accuracy of payments to employees ensure we comply with legislation. You will
act as the key point of contact for Workday employee HR process improvements,
issue resolution, and system enhancements, working closely with business HR, IT
and GBS UK People services who control the gross to net activity.

Responsibilities:

* Lead/support the UK employee HR processes within Workday, ensuring accurate




and compliance with statutory and company policies.
* Serve as the functional subject matter expert on all aspects of Workday
Employee gross pay for the UK, driving process standardization and best
practices.
* Maintain, and optimize Workday HR Operations modules to meet business needs
and legislative requirements.
* Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation
within Workday HR operations
* Work collaboratively with HR, GBS Payroll, GBS Operation, and IT teams to
ensure seamless operations and data flows.
* Lead or participate in system upgrades, testing, and payroll-related projects
as required.
* Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR and all UK statutory
requirements
* Deliver training and support the teams on recent functionality and processes.
