Responsibilities:
Draft, review,



and negotiate real estate agreements including sale and purchase agreements, lease contracts, joint development agreements, and loan agreements.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and interpretation of property laws, land use regulations, and municipal bylaws relevant to real estate transactions.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance across all property development and acquisition activities.
Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters related to property ownership, title disputes, tenant conflicts, and contractual breaches.
Maintain a centralized and secure documentation management system for all legal records, contracts, and due diligence files.
Perform due diligence on land titles, encumbrances, zoning classifications, and development permissions.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies for high-value real estate projects.
