Position Summary
We are seeking a Staff Engineer – Systems Engineering & Integration to lead the
architecture, development, and integration of complex electromechanical products
and systems. This role is responsible for translating customer and business
requirements into robust system-level solutions while driving the integration of
mechanical, electrical, electronics, controls, embedded software, and software
subsystems throughout the product development lifecycle.




The successful candidate will possess solid systems engineering fundamentals,
excellent mechanical and mechatronics expertise, and hands-on experience
delivering complex products from concept through commercialization. This role
requires close collaboration with global cross-functional teams to ensure
products meet performance, reliability, quality, manufacturability, and customer
expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead system architecture and integration for complex electromechanical
products and platforms.
* Translate customer, business, and product requirements into system-level
specifications and technical solutions.
* Drive end-to-end systems engineering activities, including requirements
definition, system decomposition, interface management, integration,
verification, validation, and product release.
* Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Firmware, Software,
Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, and Product Management team
