Job Description

Key Responsibilities

India CoE Leadership & Operations

* Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization, including
Software Engineers, Platform Developers, SDETs, and AI Engineers.
* Lead Quality Engineering initiatives that advance test automation, continuous
testing, DevOps integration, and engineering best practices across the
software development lifecycle.
* Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and
career development activities.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
* Partner with global leaders to scale organizational capacity and ensure
effective utilization of India-based resources.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and resource-related
issues within the India CoE.

Quality Engineering, Automation & Delivery Excellence

* Partner with Software Development, QA, Product Management, and Platform




Engineering leaders to support successful delivery of product initiatives.
* Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy with a solid focus on
automation, shift-left testing, continuous testing, and quality metrics.
* Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices that maximize
test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
* Experience leading enterprise DevOps automation with expertise in DevOps
strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or
CloudFormation).
* Promote Agile development practices and collaboration across globally
distributed teams.
* Provide technical leadership in software quality engineering, test
automation, and modern software delivery practices.
* Champion automation, CI/CD adoption using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions,
Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms, and engineering practices that
improve software quality, reliability, and customer outcomes.
