Management Trainee - Commercial Projects Qualification required : B.com, M.com ( Additional qualification of finance & Management either MBA or Diploma is preferrable ) Experience : 3-5 years CTC : 3.00 to 6.00 LPA Key Responsibilities ● Handle Project and Revenue Budget processes with documentation. ● Generate and manage SAP Indents based on BOQ and Quote, ● Data management of project budgets against PR, PO, and payment status ● Cash flow preparation & management. ● Share weekly budget and project status updates with concerned teams. ● Follow up for approvals, and PO coordination. ● Coordinate with User Departments, Purchase, Finance, Stores, and Vendors day to day commercial activities. ● Manage vendor follow-up for invoicing, and payments. ● Verify Invoice & GRN documents with PO and PO compliances. ● Track pending approvals, GRNs, invoices, and payment status. ● Maintain proper documentation and MIS records related to Indent , PO and payments. ● Prepare and present monthly PPT updates for ongoing projects across group companies. Key Requirements ● knowledge of SAP ● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, words. ● Positive communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
