Job Summary
We are looking for a
Test Engineer
with 1 3 years of experience in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in
automation testing using Cypress or equivalent frameworks
. The candidate should have good knowledge of
UI, API, functional, regression, and manual testing
, along with experience in test case development, defect tracking, and CI/CD environments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an
Agile/Scrum setting
and have programming experience in
JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#
.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test steps based on user stories and feature descriptions available in JIRA or test management tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and Windows-based applications.




- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze test results to identify product defects and quality issues.
- Develop and execute UI, API, functional, regression, ad hoc, and bug-verification tests.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Debug automation scripts and investigate anomalous or unexpected test results to identify root causes.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, QMetry, or similar test/defect management tools.
- Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are successfully resolved.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other QA engineers to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Support test execution during releases and provide test status and execution reports.
