Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Take complete ownership of monthly bookkeeping for US clients — categorising transactions, reconciling bank/credit accounts, and ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Be client-facing: Communicate directly with US startup leaders to gather inputs, resolve queries, and deliver financial clarity.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and provide clear commentary on varianc
