We’re looking for a senior digital transformation leader to drive digital products, business systems & technology-led transformation across an operationally intensive business.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end digital platforms & product roadmap

• Translate business needs into PRDs, workflows & execution plans

• Take ownership of an existing technology platform and drive it to completion

• Lead digital transformation across CRM, sourcing, production, inventory, ERP, finance & e-commerce

• Build MIS, dashboards & real-time business reporting

• Lead internal technology teams & external development partners

• Drive build vs. buy vs. SaaS decisions

• Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within budget & adopted by business

• Establish strong governance, security,



documentation & IP ownership

? IDEAL PROFILE

• 10–15+ years across Digital Transformation / Product / ERP / Business Systems / Technology Programs

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Furniture, Interiors, Supply Chain or similar sectors preferred

• Strong understanding of technology architecture without needing to be a hands-on coder

• Excellent numerical, analytical & commercial acumen

• Robust stakeholder & team leadership skills

• Ability to work directly with senior leadership / promoters

• High ownership, urgency & execution mindset
