About the Role:

We are looking for a senior AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and production-grade AI solutions.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI applications leveraging cloud AI services and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions and the ability to lead technical decisions across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with organizational and business objectives.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications into production environments.
- Design and deploy AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build and optimize production-grade AI/ML pipelines with focus on scalability, performance, reliability, and quality.
- Work across multiple teams and provide technical solutions to complex AI/ML challenges.
- Act as an AI/ML Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers,



fostering knowledge sharing and technical capability development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business requirements.
- Explore and apply advanced AI technologies including deep learning, neural networks, conversational AI/chatbots, and image processing where applicable.

Must-Have Skills

- Extensive experience designing and implementing LLM/Generative AI solutions.
