Role Description This is a full-time Assistant Project Manager role based in Thane, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include monitoring deliverables, assisting with documentation, preparing status reports, and following up on pending actions to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.



The role will also involve coordinating logistics, supporting inspection activities, and helping resolve issues that may impact project schedules or costs. The individual will work closely with the Project Manager to maintain explicit communication, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of tasks and timelines. Candidates should possess skills as an Expeditor and in Expediting to follow up on materials, services, and documentation to keep projects on schedule.
