Position: Technical Support Associate
Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers Only
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Salary: 18,000 – 19,000 Take-Home per month
Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.




- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
