The Role

As Regional Manager – ADI, you will lead the regional delivery, deployment, and
management of Analytics, Data, Integration, Automation, and AI capabilities
across your zone.
Based in the Bangalore hub, this role is a critical leadership position
responsible for managing regional & global teams ( as a site lead with
functional line to their product leads in Global hubs ), influencing global
product roadmaps, and ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery through
both internal teams in IT, NBS and strategic partners.





You will act as the regional ambassador for ADI, balancing global standards with
local market needs, while driving adoption, operational excellence, and
continuous improvement at scale.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Manager – ADI, you will:

* Lead and develop regional ADI teams, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive,
and customer‑centric culture
* Drive deployment and execution of ADI products and solutions in line with
global strategies and priorities in Zone AOA
* Own the regional project and delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with
business priorities, timelines, and budgets when Global products don’t meet
the specificities
* Ensure operational excellence by reducing incident volumes, improving
resolution effectiveness, and meeting agreed service levels
