Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather,



assess, and document the business requirements essential for successful Zoho platform deployments.
Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions utilizing Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and related tools.
Act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately converted into scalable software applications.
Implement system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho developer tools to connect Zoho applications with external third-party systems.
Provide technical guidance, training, and continuous support to client teams throughout the implementation phase and post-deployment.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis, delivering timely and effective solutions.
Monitor solution performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and propose improvements based on usage analytics
