Who Are We

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate – Full Stack AI Engineer to join Bain's Bain Capability Network - Data Business COE. You will be a core contributor building the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflows that transform how Bain's global consulting teams work.

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI development and full stack engineering. You will work alongside senior engineers, data scientists, and consulting teams to rapidly prototype and scale AI solutions — from LLM-powered applications to agentic systems — in a rapid-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

Build and integrate LLM-powered features: RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent workflows
Develop GenAI capabilities including prompt engineering, embeddings, memory systems, and evaluation
Implement backend services in Py
