Responsibilities:
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for multiple application platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Create and manage test repositories including scenarios, cases, steps, priorities, and metrics.
- Perform test automation and execute test cases using programming languages such as Python, C#, or Javascript.
- Manage CI/CD activities in coordination with DevSecOps practices.
- Review code, write unit tests, and analyze test outcomes with a programmer's mindset.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance of product deliverables.
- Understand distributed system architecture, component layers, and algorithms to guide testing strategies.
- Work with performance and security testing tools/frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior team members.
- Exposure or knowledge of pharma regulatory, quality, risk management, and process validation is a plus.
