Job description:
Profile : Functional Consultant (Business Analyst / Technical Profile - ASP.NET)
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period ; Immediate to 20 Days Max
Responsibility:
- Conduct client meetings to comprehensively grasp their CRM and process prerequisites.
- Re-engineer business processes to guarantee the seamless deployment of CRM with precision.
- Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
- Translate client requirements into system configurations and custom developments, while also formulating a feasible delivery timeline.
- Develop data migration and integration mappings.
- Generate web service specifications for integration, finalization, and testing purposes.
- Effectively address technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL,



and other technologies associated with CRM.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods.
- Solid grasp of process flows.
- Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Understanding of technology frameworks.

Proficiency:
- Valuable knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
- Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.
- Exposure to SQL
- Exposure to Asp.net/C# with an understanding of Web services, JavaScript, and JSON
