Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex application development and maintenance projects from initiation through to delivery and support, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams, to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
Team Coordination: Direct cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project goals are met. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team setting.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the overall project objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking and reporting on financial performance and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Process Improvement:



Continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies, implementing improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas requiring attention.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
