We are seeking a Consultant: Instructional Design and Project Management to join the Content Strategy and Services vertical of the Wadhwani Skilling Network. This team designs, develops, and deploys instructional content for target audiences across the globe.
This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles for the digital learning environment, e-learning tools, and content development , along with basic project tracking skills using MS Excel . This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the science and art of learning, meticulous attention to detail, a robust willingness to learn, and an exceptional ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in planning and tracking the progress of content development projects, working closely with both external vendor teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design & Content Development:
- Understand and implement instructional design (ID) models.
- Visualize and create compelling storyboards/scripts and assessments.




- Review stage-wise artifacts from the content development process lifecycle (e.g., documents, content outlines, storyboarding, audio files, video files).
- Conduct output/build reviews as a crucial part of the e-content development cycle.
- Demonstrate command over e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate , and at least 2 other tools.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) based tools for content development.
- Coordinate with digital media content creators for the development of graphics and animations.
- Project Coordination & Management:
- Assist in project execution and coordination, ensuring content is developed, reviewed, and delivered within project timelines.
- Maintain and update project plans, and provide timely reports on risks regarding cost, quality, and timelines for appropriate mitigation.
