We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Placement Head to lead our corporate placement strategy, with a strong focus on mid-skill talent . This crucial role involves building and nurturing strategic partnerships with senior HR leaders across India, driving impactful hiring collaborations between corporates, training institutes, and our organization. You will be instrumental in scaling our national placement network and creating direct employment pathways for the workforce trained through our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Network Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national placement strategy aligned with our mid-skills focus.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CHROs, senior HR leaders, and key decision-makers in large and mid-sized corporates across India.
- Identify and onboard corporates into our hiring network, representing the organization in high-stakes discussions with HR stakeholders.
- Partnership Facilitation:
- Facilitate tri-partite hiring arrangements involving corporates, training institutes, and our platform,



ensuring seamless integration and successful placements.
- Travel extensively across India to establish and strengthen regional corporate partnerships.
- Internal Alignment & Performance:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to effectively match trained candidates with corporate hiring needs.
- Serve as the voice of the corporate partner internally, ensuring that training outcomes are continuously aligned with evolving industry requirements.
- Monitor placement performance metrics rigorously and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate engagement, or business development , with a focus on manpower staffing, HR solutions, Learning & Development (L&D;), or training industries.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to successfully sell offerings to Corporate HR leaders in India .
