We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Resource Network Leader to build and manage the critical resource network for our Micro Entrepreneurship Program. Your primary objective will be to identify, onboard, and collaborate with domain experts and content developers who can address the specific needs of micro-entrepreneurs. You will work closely with our Product and Content teams to ensure the availability of high-quality resources that catalyze business growth and job creation across various sectors.
Objectives of the Role
- To build and manage a robust resource network for micro-entrepreneurs by onboarding domain experts and content developers.
- To collaborate effectively with the Product and Content teams to address the specific needs of micro-entrepreneurs.

Professional Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in product/program management/Go-to-Market (GTM) , focusing on capacity building and launching new products, demonstrated in both startup and large company environments.
- Prospect Identification:



Skilled at identifying opportunities to cultivate micro-entrepreneurs, with the overarching goal of generating millions of jobs.
- Product Development: A proven track record in building and launching scalable products designed to meet capacity-building needs and support business growth for micro-entrepreneurs.
- Resource Network Expertise: Expertise in developing comprehensive resource networks for micro-entrepreneurs , including small retailers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
- Expert Onboarding: Demonstrated ability to onboard and engage domain experts to support micro-entrepreneurs, whether on a pro bono basis or as paid consultants.
- Operational Management: Experienced in designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to manage large-scale operations for micro-entrepreneurs, with a focus on capacity building, training, and help desk support.
