Role Responsibilities :
- Lead DevOps and SRE transformation programs, ensuring successful planning, delivery, and financial control.
- Guide cross-functional teams on best practices in automation, reliability, and infrastructure as code.
- Engage stakeholders to align program goals with business strategy and performance metrics.
- Mitigate risks, monitor KPIs, and foster continuous improvement across all initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in program/project management.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices, CI/CD pipelines, Agile frameworks, and budget oversight.
- Proven track record managing large transformation programs in enterprise settings.
- Certifications in PMP/PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum highly preferred.
