About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager with 8–10 years of progressive experience in leading complex IT initiatives across ERP, CRM, RPA, and Custom Development environments. This role requires a solid focus on project governance, stakeholder management , and delivering results aligned with defined SLAs, budgets, and quality benchmarks .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for multiple parallel engagements (1–3 simultaneously).
- Provide oversight on cross-functional teams (10+ resources), including employees and contractors.
- Act as a primary interface for clients—conduct kick-off meetings, design & requirements reviews, cadence and status updates.
- Deliver on projects in implementation, support, development,



and managed services models.
- Ensure project alignment with scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Drive schedule adherence, manage risks, and handle change requests.
- Establish and enforce delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery quality.
- Report key project metrics and financial health to senior leadership.
- Foster long-term client relationships by delivering value and demonstrating ownership.
