Role Responsibilities :
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure process adherence.
- Coach multiple squads on Agile principles and delivery optimization.
- Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and remove delivery blockers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on priorities and risks.
Job Requirements :
- Experience range: 8+ years as Scrum Master in tech projects.
- CSM certification required; CSP or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
