Role Responsibilities :
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance modules across global regions.
- Manage application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with agile teams and vendors.
- Conduct system health checks, monitor jobs and performance KPIs, and execute change requests.
- Maintain support documentation on Confluence and SharePoint while ensuring SLA compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 5–10 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, especially HCM and Financials modules.
- Solid SQL/PLSQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server back-end.
- Proficient in Azure, Agile methodology, and Windows AD/Role-Based Security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, global support environments.
