Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
- Integrate Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights.
- Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems.
- Continuously improve AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
- Proficiency in Looker, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CVP and ICM systems, with a solid understanding of contact center technologies.
- Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
