Key Deliverables:
- Achieve SLA, KPI, and individual campaign targets across assigned portfolios
- Drive team productivity through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Prepare performance reports and present improvement areas to management
- Manage attrition, shrinkage, roster planning, and team recruitment
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate 200 operators and 10 team leads in collection operations
- Allocate resources to optimize contact center performance and service delivery
- Implement and monitor performance improvement plans across the team
- Conduct team meetings and manage daily operational activities including shifts
