Role Responsibilities :
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise backup systems and SAN storage arrays.
- Manage replication, duplication, and data lifecycle across backup platforms.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform regular audits and develop documentation for processes and issue resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 8–10 years of experience in backup and storage infrastructure.
- Expertise with NetApp, Hitachi, Veritas NetBackup, and EMC technologies.
- Robust understanding of SAN/NAS technologies and performance troubleshooting.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
