Key Deliverables :
- Profile and tune performance for the global payroll platform, ensuring scalability for processing and paying hundreds of thousands of employees.
- Design and implement frameworks for orchestrating complex workflows and point-in-time changes.
- Contribute to the solution for bitemporal data modeling.
- Ship moderate to large features and improvements with minimal guidance, ensuring quality and reliability at scale.
Role Responsibilities :
- Build solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and high-quality to meet growing business needs.
- Collaborate across teams, including engineering, ops, and support, to improve workflows and support systems.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers, fostering their skilled growth and success.
